Double Flipper PVC Parting Bead

Suitable for new or refurbishment work the double flipper seal suits gaps 10 – 14mm

Supplied in 3m lengths which fit into 8mm x 8mm groove or can be fitted into the parting bead channel which allows the bead to be removed without damage to timber. Colour: White

Standard PVC Parting Bead

Available with or without brush fin pile. (suits gaps 10 – 13mm with 8.5mm brush pile)

Supplied in 3m lengths which fit into 8mm x 8mm groove or can be fitted into the parting bead channel which allows the bead to be removed without damage to timber. Pile is not fixed to the carrier so that it can easily be removed if required. Colour: White

Timber Parting Bead 

Available with or without brush fin pile. 

Supplied in 3m lengths x 25mm high, the beads are supplied primed and fit into 8mm x 8mm groove ideal for traditional windows, the 5.5mm pile is not fixed to the carrier so that it can easily be removed if required.

Parting Bead Channel

10mm x 10mm pvc channel supplied in 3m lengths: suitable for new or for renovating damaged grooves, will take the double flipper or standard pvc parting beads. Colour: White

Self Adhesive Brush Pile Carrier

Available with or without brush fin pile. Colour: White

Supplied in 2.2m lengths. Fits 8mm x 3.5mm groove.

Choice of pile heights: 5.5mm (suits gaps 1.5 – 3mm) or 8.5mm (suits gaps 3.5 – 6mm)

Available with or without brush fin pile. Colour: White

Supplied in 2.2m lengths. Fits 8mm x 3mm groove with 6mm x 2.7mm kerf.

Flexiseal Perimeter Seal

A flexible flipper seal can be used at top, bottom and meeting rail, often used as an anti-rattle seal between sash and pulley stile.

 Supplied in 2.2m lengths. Fits 6mm x 2-3mm groove.

Timber Staff Beads

Available with or without brush fin pile. Supplied in 3m lengths.

Available in two sizes 15mm x 20mm and 20mm x 20mm: ideal for traditional windows, the beads are supplied primed; the 5.5mm pile is not fixed to the carrier so that it can easily be removed if required.

Brush Fin Pile

Available in two heights 5.5mm and 8.5mm with 4.8mm base: fits into standard pvc or timber parting beads, self adhesive & centre leg pile carriers and timber staff beads. Colour: White

Tip: when fitting brush into pile carriers or parting beads apply a small amount of super glue (if necessary) to hold in position.
