We can supply a range of brush seals suitable for Industrial and Commercial use, that will provide an effective seal against Draught, Dust, Dirt, Noise, Smoke and Vermin (Mice, Rats, Cockroaches etc.)

Typical applications include sealing - Sliding, Up & Over, Side Hung, Revolving and Roller Shutter doors.

 Availability

Available with or without aluminium fixing carrier.

 Installation

All sections can be cut to length using a fine tooth saw. It is most important that the galvanised steel channel which houses the nylon filament is then sealed to avoid filament loss, this can be achieved by pinching the end of the channel with pliers or wire cutters.

All seals should be fitted with the door/window in the closed position. The seals should be fitted so that the brush filaments are in firm contact with the mating surface. Care should be taken not to overflex the trim against the mating surface.

If the brush is slightly loose in the carrier, slide the brush out of the carrier and lightly bend brush, then tap/push back into carrier.

 Storage

Products should be stored in dry conditions taking care not to crush or damage the flexible seals.
