cap to conceal screw fixings. Suitable for
use with glass (including soft coat glass) or polycarbonate. Supplied
with a rafter
gasket which has a central locating pip that fits into a
3mm groove (removable if not required).
Stainless steel screws included.

Hip Bar
Powder coated

Powder coated aluminium ridge, for affixing to a
wooden rafter. Suitable for use with glass
(including soft coat glass) or polycarbonate,
supplied with weatherproof flipper seal with mill
finish base.

A powder
coated ridge top cover cap, for use with
the Sunwood ridge when cresting not required.

Sunwood Spider (Metal)
Strong, cast aluminium Spider available in durable
powder-coated Brown or White.
This Spider is for use with the Sunwood 50/60mm main rafter
bars only, it should not be used with the Hip Rafter Bar, when
these bars are used the Plastic Spider Top Cap should be used. |

Sunwood Plastic Spider Top Cap
A tough PVCu Plastic Spider Top Cap for use with the
Sunwood Hip Bar.
The Plastic Spider Top Cap is larger
than the aluminium Sunwood Spider, which allows it to cover the deeper
profile of the Hip Bar.
Being made from plastic, the Spider
Top Cap can be cut to follow the profile of the Hip and Main rafter
bars, meaning it can sit neatly on the ridge and over the glazing
material. |

'F' Section - powder coated aluminium
profile to suit 24/25mm glazing, provides a
clean finish to the edge of the roof, can be used at gable end or by
turning upside down at wall end. Available in 3m
lengths. |

Glazing End Cover - durable
PVC profile for use as a glazing end closure. Supplied in 2.1m lengths
to suit 24/25mm glazing, features an internal stop which ensures a gap
for ventilation and drainage. |

Rafter Gasket -
Used to seal between
timber, upvc or metal rafters and the underside of glass/polycarbonate,
will allow for the structural movement between the different
substrates. The gasket is designed with a central foot that can be fitted into a groove
to assist in holding gasket in place
(if not required snip stem and tear
off).
The channels help moisture to drain towards guttering.

Eaves Fill Foam - a self-adhesive expanding gap filling foam
that can be used to fill the gap between the eaves beam and underside of
the glazing or any other areas to prevent draughts.
Supplied in 10m x 10mm wide coils - will suit gaps up to
10mm. Colour: Black |
