Fire Protection Products

We offer a full range of passive fire protection products that play a vital role in protecting lives and property from the spread of fire and smoke.

The products have been independently tested and enable specifiers, builders and installers the means of ensuring that the integrity of fire rated compartments in both new and refurbished buildings is maintained to meet current building regulations and codes of practice.

Services like cables, ducting, pipes, electrical trunking and conduits will often penetrate fire rated walls and floors and if these are left unsealed will allow the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases to pass quickly to adjacent rooms and floors.

As well as the need to seal (fire stop) service penetrations we can supply products that will help to protect the structure of a building, such as intumescent paints for use on structural steel and timbers.

Of major importance is also the need to ensure safe escape routes for personnel, both vertically and horizontally, because in the event of fire these routes become the lifeline of users. The fitting of intumescent seals around doors, glazed panels and screens will provide that vital protection.

Draught, Weather & Acoustic Seals

We supply a comprehensive range of draught excluders, weather bars and acoustic seals that meet the needs of all types of domestic, commercial, public and industrial buildings.

Our range includes low access and automatic threshold seals, door and window perimeter seals, threshold plates and ramps, sweep action brush seals, acoustic seals, self adhesive seals, finger protection seals.

Joinery & Glazing Seals

We supply a wide range of joinery and glazing seals for use in timber windows and doors that provide an effective means of sealing against wind and rain.

Our range includes compression, wiper and tubular seals, pvc parting beads & sliding sash perimeter seals, dry glazing gaskets and tapes, pvc waterbars, trickle vents, security glazing tape and vented aluminium glazing beads.

Conservatory Roof Glazing Products

Our conservatory roof glazing products are suitable for use on most types of timber, aluminium or upvc structures and can be used with single or double glazed units and with multi-wall polycarbonate sheeting.

The aluminium profiles are available in standard colours of brown or white which will be suitable for most conservatories; they can also be supplied in plain aluminium that allows you to have them powder coated to any colour you require allowing total flexibility to meet with most requirements.

The range consists of roof glazing bars, ridge systems, DGU anchoring profiles, hip and valley glazing seals plus decorative aluminium or upvc finials and crests.
